Qamar Haris Manzoor has done his Masters in Chemical Engineer from US and holds over 33 years of experience in plant and project management. He also worked at ICI’s PTA Plant as Director Manufacturing. He then took over the role of Chief Executive Officer of El Paso Technology Pakistan Ltd and Chief Operating Officer of Habibullah Coastal Power Company. In his previous job, he worked as Chief Operating Officer of Naveena Group’s Energy and Steel Projects.
